Privacy notice

Addy is a product of Fotando Global. Fotando Solutions Sp. z o.o., ul. Sucha 3, 50-086 Wrocław, Poland (NIP 8992922421, KRS 0000965452) is the controller of personal data processed through this website and the Addy app.

What we process and why

  • Assessment: your answers, company details and work email, to prepare and deliver the report you requested, keep its private link working and prevent abuse (contract / your request).
  • Waitlist: your email and, if you joined from a report, its link, to tell you about the price, approve your account and invite you (your request).
  • Accounts and dashboard: your login email, company data you enter or connect, chat messages with Addy and billing status, to provide the service you signed up for (contract).
  • Demo requests: the details you send, to prepare and hold the call (legitimate interest).
  • Anonymous usage counts of assessment steps, without answers or identifiers, to improve the questions (legitimate interest).

Optional marketing consent is separate and can be withdrawn at any time.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Only storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your settings is used, so no cookie consent banner is shown.

Services we use

Lovable Cloud (hosting and database, EU/US), Lovable AI (analysis and chat), the app email service, and Stripe for payments. AI output is a suggestion; every change to your company data is confirmed by a person.

Retention

Assessment and waitlist records are kept while needed to provide the report or invitation and for up to 24 months after, unless you ask us to delete them earlier. Account data is kept while your account exists and deleted or anonymised after it is closed, except where law requires longer (for example invoices).

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Contact privacy@fotando.com. You may also complain to the Polish data protection authority (UODO).

Automated analysis

The assessment score and cost are calculated by fixed, explainable rules. AI writes the narrative only and never makes decisions with legal or similar effect.
